Asbestos removal contractors must comply with the “Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012” and carry out removal works in accordance with HSG 247: The licensed Contractors Guide and/or HSG 210: Asbestos Essentials.

If you have asbestos within your building that requires removing or remedial work it is very important that you choose a qualified and competent asbestos removal contractor. Whether the work to be carried out is licensed work or non-notifiable licensed work (NNLW) we can offer a project management service.

Our aim is to ensure that work carried out is in the safest and most cost effective manner.

We have a list of our own approved licensed asbestos removal contractors which we can contact on your behalf. This ensure that you receive competitive quotations for the work as well as being safe in the knowledge that it is being completed and in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.

Our vehicles are specially adapted to allow for the analysis of air sampling to be carried out on sites where no utilities are present. Our monitoring documentation is compiled on a database and reports are issued and printed whist on site eliminating the requirement for carbon copies.

We hold a UKAS accreditation (UKAS Testing Laboratory No. 365) for undertaking fibre counting, sampling of air for fibre counting and 4-stage clearance procedures.
