	Producing a comprehensive site specific specification for the removal of asbestos containing materials
	Arranging of asbestos removal contractors to provide 3 quotations for asbestos removal works at your property.
	Compile the successful quote together with the required analytical quotation provided by BDA Surveying Ltd.

Works provided could include the following:

	The initial witnessing of smoke testing of the asbestos enclosure
	Leak monitoring during the asbestos removal works to ensure integrity of the enclosure.
	Visual inspection following completion of the removal works and issuing of certificates of reoccupation.
